Just label your bags with your member and mobile number and either drop them off at one of our bag drop refund points or book a free home pickup online.

Your refund will be transferred directly to your bank or PayPal account or donated to charity depending on your payment preferences in your account.

With more retailers going cashless, it’s easier and more convenient than ever to get your refund digitally.

When you cash in using your member number, you can get your refund sent straight to the account of your choice – whether that’s your bank account, PayPal or donated to a good cause. You can switch up your payment method at any time.

Needing cash for one of your returns? No worries, many of our depots offer cash refunds. Keep in mind, this won’t appear in your account if you don’t use your member number to cash in.
