Retail vouchers that can be used at the container refund point’s retail partner stores are available at some container refund points. To find where you can return your eligible containers for a retail voucher, simply head to our ‘Where to return page’.

If you’re visiting a container refund point that counts your containers on the spot, you’ll need to show your driver's licence and sign a refund declaration form if you return1,500 containers or more at one time. The container refund point operator can refuse to accept your containers if you don’t provide your licence or sign the form.
