Depots

Depots are large 10¢ container-counting facilities (similar to warehouses) with operators that count your containers for you. Some Depots also offer drive-through or Drop & Go services.

Depots are independently run by a range of operators — from not-for-profits and local families, to large businesses. Search for your local Depot, and check opening hours and available services below.

Pop-up Depots

Pop-up Depots can be found at busy community locations like parks, schools, and markets. Much like  Depots (only smaller!), staff will sort and count your 10¢ containers for you, on the spot. If you're on the move, some locations also offer a Drop & Go option.

Keep an eye on opening hours, as Pop-up Depots are usually open on certain days of the week.

Returning more than 825 containers?

If you’re returning 825+ 10¢ containers, we'll need to see your photo ID.

If you’re returning 1,500+ 10¢ containers, we’ll also need to take a copy of your ID and ask you to fill out one of our declaration forms.

To understand how we keep your personal details under lock-and-key, chat to the team at your local refund point.

And remember — transactions can’t be split.
